This curry is so good! It’s a little sweet, packed with flavour and has lots of sauce for rice and naan. It’s healthy too since all of the sweetness comes from fruit and spices, not sugar. It’s also gluten-free and dairy-free.

The foundation of the sauce is onions, tomato, banana and peaches. So the flavour is very real, fresh and light but with just the right amount of spice to attract the mild and medium spice lovers. The Lamb is cooked in a slow burner, the meat is so tender and the flavours are phenomenal!
